State Directors

The Opportunity

These individuals will also be the leaders and strategists in driving our business forward. They will be working closely with the Zonal Directors while overseeing the activities of City Directors on behalf of all the cities in their states of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

  • The State Director accomplishes state sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling City Directors.
  • Assists City Directors in communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Achieves state sales operational objectives by contributing state sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining state sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Meets state sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for City Directors in support of organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, with at least 2 years in a senior/executive role.
  • Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of personal organization, time management, and ability to multi-task.
  • Experience working in a start-up company would be an asset.

City Directors

The Opportunity

These individuals will work closely with the Field Service Agents with a view to maintaining and expanding customer base by counseling and disciplining the company's representatives in the field, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • The City Director recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining professional networks with Field Service Agents.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any field, with a flare for ICT.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development.
  • Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Field Service Associates

The Opportunity

These individuals will work closely with the their City Directors with a view to expanding customer base.

Responsibilities

All Field Service Associates are to acquire and sign up Taskers and Task Providers on the Tasknibbler.com platform.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in any field, with a flare for ICT preferred.
  • OND or its equivalent with ICT experience will be considered.
  • At least, half year of experience in business development.
  • Proven history of building strategic relationships, selling and closing complex deals.
  • Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High degree of personal organization, time management, and ability to multi-task.
