A DETAILED STEP-BY-STEP PRACTICAL TUTORIAL ON THE FIVE (5) COMMON REQUESTS

The five (5) requests that are common among our Associates, Users and Providers, and constitute the core operations of Tasknibbler.com, are as follows:

1. How to Register AN Associate.
2. How to register AS AN Associate.
3. How to Access My TARTS Account With My Log-in Details.
4. How to Sign up as a Provider and Bid on the Provider App.
5. How to Sign up as a User and Place a Request on the User App.

Against the backdrop of these requests, we have highlighted below a detailed tutorial on how to attend to them step by step.

1. How to Register AN Associate

1a. Discuss Tasknibbler Business with the candidate
1b. Share Compensation Plan document; Orientation Document
2a. Inform candidate about Registration
2b. Send Registration Link to the candidate
3. After the Candidate has paid, they become Registered Associate
4. Log into your TARTS account.
5. Click on Add New to add Associate to TARTS
6. Send the login information to the Associate.
Associate is ready to go

2. How to register AS AN Associate

1. Review and understand the documentation (Compensation Plan document; Orientation Document)
2. Complete Registration using the Paystack payment link
3. Inform your sponsor of payment and request access to TARTS
4. Log into your TARTS account with the username and password provided by the sponsor
5. Complete your profile in TARTS
6. You can add your own downline (paid Associates) by clicking Add New

3. How to Access My TARTS Account With My Log-in Details

Log-In
1. Every New Registered Associate is set up in TARTS by the Sponsor
2. The associate receives username and password from Sponsor
3. Associate goes to TARTS login page and logs in
4. The associate is presented with a profile page
5. The Associate completes profile with pertinent information
5. The Associate is requested to select Payment method (options are Paypal and Cheque)
5. The Associate selects CHEQUE for now (Associate cac add PAYPAL afterwards)
6. The associate can add his own downline (paid Associates) by clicking Add New

4. How to Sign up as a Provider and Bid on the Provider App

A: Signup on the Provider App
1. Download the appropriate App from Google Play or Apple site
2. Install the App on the phone
3. Open APP - it would request you to sign-up or Sign in
4. Choose the one that applies to you.
5. Easier to sign-up (and sign-in afterwards with Social Media account)

B. Log-In
1. Login into the app.
2. Complete your Profile by clicking on all the menu items under Profile
3. This includes selecting the SERVICE CATEGORIES you are interested in
4. Upload the Documentations required
5. Save and exit.

C: Verification and Activation
1. The office will complete the Verification of account information. Check your email (and SPAM folder for an email)
2. The office may contact you prior to Activation of your account
3. Once Activated, you are ready to bid on projects.

D: Bidding by Provider
1. After activation, you will start to receive notification of active projects, based on the CATEGORIES you selected
2. Click on the notification and it will open the details
3. Complete the bid and include how much you intend to charge
4. Wait for the project owner to select your bid
5. If selected, the system informs you and asks you to confirm
6. Once confirmed, the owner is informed.
7. Bidding is closed and you are awarded

E. Doing the job
1. The system requires you to take a BEFORE picture.
2. System stores the information and the time of arrival
3. At the end of the job, the system requires an AFTER picture.
4. These two pictures are sent to the owner of the project.

F. Confirmation of Work
1. The owner confirms that work was done completely
2. The owner makes payment through the Payment Link

G: Rating of User and Provider
1. System asks the user to rate the Provider
2. System asks the Provider to rate the User
3. System stores information.

H: Preferred Provider
1. System asks Use if he wishes to make the Provider a Preferred Provider for future work
2. System stores user preference.

5. How to Sign up as a User and Place a Request on the User App

A: Signup on the User App
1. Download the appropriate App from Google Play or Apple site
2. Install the App on the phone
3. Open APP - it would request you to sign-up or Sign in
4. Choose the one that applies to you.
5. Easier to sign-up (and sign-in afterwards with Social Media account)

B. Log-In
1. Login into the app.
2. Complete your Profile by clicking on all the menu items under Profile
3. Save and exit.

C: Verification and Activation

2. The office may contact you prior to Activation of your account
3. Once Activated, you are ready to Create projects.

D. Create a Task
1. Select Category and Service
2. Complete the details of the job you are creating (Title, Description, Location, Time, and special requests, etc)
3. Click Request
4. The system may take you to another page where you make the appropriate selections (On-demand or Bids)
5. The system will blast the job to all Providers in the area, who are signed up for the Service Category

E. Accepting Bids
1. User sees all the bids coming in
2. The user selects the bid that he is most comfortable with
3. Provider is informed
4. The system will share Provider and User information
5. Bidding is closed

F: Accepting Work
1. User is informed when the Provider has accepted work
2. User is informed when the Provider has arrived
3. User is informed when the Provider has commenced work
4. User is informed when the Provider has completed work
5. Use checks work and accepts work
6. User makes payment
7. User Rates Provider
